OUR RESOURCE AND RESOURCE POTENTIAL

Our existing Heavy Mineral Sands JORC 2012 mineral resources

Chilwa HMS Map

01

Mpyupyu

Includes Mpyupyu (Dune) and Mpyupyu (Flat).
Following the revised Mineral Resource Estimate, Mpyupyu is now the standout deposit of the Project, with a combined Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 98.0Mt at 3.40% THM — approximately 57% of the total Project Mineral Resource (1% THM cut-off). Mpyupyu Dune carries the highest grades at 4.56% THMMpyupyu Dune has the highest grades of the Mineral Resource with 3.5Mt at 7.1% THM (1% THM cut-off).

02

Bimbi

Bimbi now carries an Indicated Mineral Resource of 5.1Mt at 4.55% THM and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.4Mt at 3.79% THM while Northeast Bimbi adds an Inferred Mineral Resource of 12.5Mt at 2.57% THM (1% THM cut-off).

03

Namasalima

Includes Namasalima.
Recent reconnaissance indicated the presence of a large topographic high.
It was identified as a target in 2016 following a radiometric survey and mapping with 173 auger holes being drilled on the target.  As none of the historical data remains, Chilwa will explore the area to determine if this feature contains HMS mineralisation.

04

Halala

Following completion of sonic drilling, these Northern Shore deposits can now be re-estimated. Current Indicated Mineral Resources: Halala 8.7Mt at 3.79% THM, Nkotamo 2.4Mt at 3.7% THM, Namanja West 4.5Mt at 3.66% THM and Beacon 1.0Mt at 2.63% THM (1% THM cut-off).

05

Mposa

Includes Mposa Main and Mposa North.
Mposa is fully drilled and reported as a Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 25.6Mt at 4.14% THM (1% THM cut-off), accounting for approximately 15% of the total Project Mineral Resource. Mposa Main forms the higher-grade core at 24.4Mt at 4.23% THMMain is our most promising deposit and accounts for 30% of the total Project Mineral Resource with an existing Inferred Mineral Resource of 19.4Mt at 4.3% THM for 0.83Mt THM (1% cut-off).

06

Southern extension

The Southern license (Phalombe region) was granted in 2025 and currently has no developed HMS deposits. Numerous thorium geophysics anomalies occur in the area and have been ground-truthed with soil sampling in preparation for follow up diamond drilling. It currently has no historical drilling data or focused exploration however is located adjacent to a Mkango Resources project, Songwe Hill REE with a total M&I Resource (Measured Mineral Resources and Indicated Mineral Resources) of 21.03Mt at 1.41% TREO for 297.4kt TREO therefore being a promising future exploration area.

07

Nakombe

Includes the Nakombe niobium–REE discovery within the Mpyupyu area. Nakombe is at the pre-resource, active drilling stage, with an Exploration Target of 34–51 Mt at 0.14–0.22% Nb₂O₅ and 0.15–0.23% TREO, with co-product tantalum (75–120 ppm) and gallium (30–50 ppm), across two identified domains.

Mineralisation has been proven over approximately 270 metres of strike and remains open at depth, with three diamond rigs progressing towards resource drilling and a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate.

The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature; there has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource.
